Model Court of Justice (MCJ) is an international legal and civic educational program for high school students and university students. The program aims to guide young people in their careers, acquire basic knowledge in the legal field and the importance of the rule of law, stimulate youngsters involvement in local communities, cultivate oratory and debating skills. The educational workshops are kept by teachers specialised in field of law and logic-philosophy, with the direct participation of legal practitioners: lawyers, councelors and judges.

The MCJ program includes working visits to the law courts and the simulation of civil, criminal, national or international trials, including MOOT, ECHR, MICC, etc. using simplified procedural rules, adapted accordingly to participants age groups.
